Sharadotsav is an annual Hindu festival in South Asia that celebrates worship of the Hindu goddess Durga. It refers to all the six days observed as Mahalaya, Shashthi, Maha Saptami, Maha Ashtami, Maha Nabami and Vijayadashami. It is not only celebrated in India but across geographies and to continue this tradition, our very own community, Agrani and TSDP, works together to make this festival a sucess every year, starting from 2010. 

 

TSDP stands for the TRI STATE DURGA PUJA which spans around the three states for managing this auspicious event spanning across Ohio, Kentucky and Indianapolis.

Tri State Durga Puja celebration and the Bengali Association of Kentucky is working hard to make sure the event will be enjoyable for all of us. The puja will be held on October 12 and 13, 2024 at 1780 Plantside Dr, Jeffersontown, KY 40299. Here are some important updates about this year's puja:
